About the role
Morgan Motor Group is hiring a New Vehicle Sales Executive for its Volkswagen dealership in Bethlehem. The successful candidate will be driven to achieve volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets set by the dealership and manufacturer, working in a team.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads for potential customers and follow them up until the deal is finalised
- Pre-qualify all customers
- Gather customer documentation and submit the file to the F&I office for finance applications and further upselling
- Ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery, including fitting accessories where necessary
- Deliver the vehicle to the customer and follow up to confirm satisfaction with the purchase
Required profile
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of new vehicle sales experience
- Qualifications in sales and/or marketing are an advantage
- Valid driver's licence and clear criminal record
- Team player with exceptional communication and customer service skills
