About the role
Morgan Motor Group is looking to appoint a New Vehicle Sales Executive at its BYD dealership in Kimberley. The successful candidate will be driven to achieve volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets set by the dealership and manufacturer, working in a team.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads for potential customers and follow them up until the deal is finalised
- Pre-qualify all customers
- Gather customer documentation and submit the file to the F&I office for finance applications and further upselling
- Ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery, including fitting accessories where necessary
- Deliver the vehicle to the customer and follow up to confirm satisfaction with the purchase
Required profile
- Grade 12 certificate
- At least 2 years of new vehicle sales experience
- Valid driver's licence and clear criminal record
- Team player with exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Target driven; sales and/or marketing qualifications are an advantage
- Experience with Chinese brands is advantageous
