About the role
The organisation is seeking a National Nursing Manager for KwaZulu‑Natal and a Supervisor for Cape Town. The role combines clinical and administrative leadership, overseeing nursing and phlebotomy services while ensuring quality and compliance across locations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative support to nursing teams.
- Supervise nursing and phlebotomy staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Lead quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
- Manage national nursing operations in KZN and supervise site activities in Cape Town.
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement of phlebotomy techniques.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse with a valid practising licence.
- Proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
- Willingness to relocate if required.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in nursing or phlebotomy.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
