Nursing Practitioner – Clinical Services

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Nursing Practitioner to lead and deliver high‑quality primary health‑care services at our clinic in The Bluff, South Africa. The role combines clinical care, clinic management and community health initiatives in line with South African Nursing Council standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a commercially viable clinic, ensuring compliance with company policies and SANC regulations.
• Conduct “Well Baby” clinics, provide immunisations, reproductive health services and adult vaccinations.
• Deliver primary health‑care for minor ailments, wound care and phlebotomy services.
• Prepare and analyse professional, stock and financial reports; manage medical waste and safety protocols.
• Handle adverse events, emergencies and patient counselling on health and weight management.
• Plan and execute health‑days, projects and develop professional networks.
• Maintain locum networks, ensure up‑to‑date SANC registration and indemnity.

Required profile

• Registered Professional Nurse with a 3‑year diploma or 4‑year degree.
• Minimum three years of experience across community health, primary health or midwifery.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, time‑management and self‑audit capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Unisolv and Allegra (preferred).
• MS Office – Word, Outlook and Excel.
