About the role
Old Mutual is seeking a Multiskilled Servicing Consultant for its Pinelands call centre on a fixed‑term basis. The role involves handling customer enquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints and recording interactions in the CRM system.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls.
- Process orders and resolve queries.
- Capture all interactions accurately in the CRM.
Required profile
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and data‑capturing ability.
