Multiple vacancies at Greater Taung Local Municipality

About the role

Greater Taung Local Municipality is seeking dynamic, creative and goal‑oriented individuals for a range of positions across its Finance, Infrastructure, Community Services and Spatial Planning directorates. Available roles include an Accountant – Movable Assets (Task grade 12, salary R 410 688 per annum), Compactor Operator (TIPPER Truck) and Grader Operator in the Road and Storm Water Unit (both Task grade 6, salary R 170 772 per annum), Superintendent – Law Enforcement and Superintendent – Testing and Licensing (both Task grade 12, salary R 410 688 per annum), and a Town Planning Intern on a two‑year fixed‑term contract (salary R 117 036 per annum). All appointments will follow the municipality’s employment equity plan, with preference given to women, minorities and persons with disabilities.
