Multimedia Designer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate mid‑level Multimedia Designer to lead motion and design output for a portfolio of endurance‑event brands. Based in Cape Town, you will create social videos, motion graphics and static assets that engage and convert audiences across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, produce and deliver video and motion‑graphics for Instagram, Facebook, Google, CRM and web platforms.
• Integrate AI‑powered tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, Higgsfield) to accelerate ideation, generate B‑roll and enhance footage.
• Apply AI‑assisted techniques such as rotoscoping, up‑scaling, background removal and generative fill while maintaining quality.
• Design on‑brand digital assets for marketing channels, ensuring consistency across multiple brand templates.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Paid and Account Management teams to translate briefs into effective campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of multimedia design experience with a strong portfolio of motion and static work.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑driven and able to iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Interest in consumer psychology, conversion and the use of AI in creative workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI video and motion platforms such as Runway, Sora, Kling and Higgsfield.
• Motion‑graphics and video editing expertise.
• Strong visual design judgment for both functional and aesthetic decisions.
