Multimedia Designer

About the role

JUCE is looking for an innovative Multimedia Designer who can translate ideas into compelling video and design assets that embody the brand’s crafted aesthetic. You will work at the centre of creative production, shaping visual identity across video, social and digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce high‑quality video content, including editing and motion graphics for social media, brand films and digital campaigns.
• Design omnichannel assets such as social posts, digital banners, print collateral and campaign visuals.
• Create performance‑driven media assets, email mailers and web banners optimized for paid media and web engagement.
• Generate original concepts and strategic ideas, influencing how the brand looks, sounds and moves.
• Integrate AI creative tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Weavy) to expand creative possibilities and improve workflows.
• Deliver high‑quality assets on tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Act as a brand custodian, ensuring every visual piece aligns with JUCE’s identity.
• Collaborate closely with the broader creative team and Head of Marketing.

Required profile

• Formal qualification in design, visual communication or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video and design work.
• Advanced video editing and motion‑graphics capabilities across various formats.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography and composition for digital, social and print.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment without compromising quality.
