Multi Unit Restaurant Manager

About the role

Our client, an international restaurant retail chain operating in Cape Town, is seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to lead several outlets within a designated area. The role focuses on driving sales, profitability and delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Increase sales and profit margins for all assigned restaurants.
• Ensure product quality, service standards and housekeeping are consistently met.
• Manage staffing, training and performance management of each location.
• Uphold company policies, procedures and brand standards.
• Oversee employee relations and administrative duties.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing multiple restaurant or fast‑food sites, preferably in retail or mall environments.
• Willingness to work six days a week, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Own car and valid driver’s licence; South African citizenship.
• Highly analytical, hands‑on approach with strong administration, leadership and HR experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grow financial results and develop staff to higher performance levels.
• Strong business acumen and customer‑service orientation while adhering to brand standards.
