Multi Sales Executive – Cleaning, Hygiene & Pest Services

About the role

The Multi Sales Executive will drive sales of Empact Group’s cleaning, hygiene and pest‑control services across Johannesburg, ensuring profitable growth and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by prospecting, cold‑calling, networking and presenting tailored solutions to multi‑level decision‑makers.
• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals and contracts, ensuring maximum margin and timely signing.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, generate regular reports and monitor contract performance with operations staff.
• Develop new business opportunities, build lasting relationships with existing clients and introduce operational teams to new accounts.
• Stay informed on industry trends, technology and service offerings to provide innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in service‑industry sales, preferably in solution contract sales.
• Tertiary qualification preferred; valid South African driver’s licence and own vehicle required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong communication/presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Computer‑literacy with MS Office suite.
