Mobile Team Leader – Operations & Marketing

About the role

The Mobile Team Leader will drive sales and marketing initiatives for mobile betting services, working closely with Area Managers and the Marketing team to achieve performance targets and ensure seamless promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area Managers to meet targets on active and qualified accounts.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns with support from the Marketing team.
• Facilitate daily promotional activities and ensure marketing materials are ready for regional and national handovers.
• Measure promotion effectiveness using the Promo Tracker and conduct market analysis.
• Recruit, interview, and coordinate induction for Mobile Clerks; set daily targets and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage cash‑up procedures, monitor stock levels, and report shortages.
• Organise continuous training on betting types, processes, and mobile platforms.
• Provide operational support to Area Managers, including daily reporting and leave management.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• At least 12 months experience in a leadership role with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and handle diverse personalities.
