Mobile Application Developer – Cross‑Platform (Angular/Ionic)

About the role

PathCare, a leading medical diagnostic services provider, is undertaking a major systems‑renewal project and needs a skilled Mobile Application Developer to build and maintain cross‑platform applications that support its end‑to‑end specimen journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test scalable Android and iOS applications using Angular, Capacitor and the Ionic UI framework.
• Create responsive, high‑performance UI components following Angular best practices.
• Write clean, reusable, well‑documented code and associated test scripts that meet PathCare standards.
• Integrate front‑end applications with backend REST APIs and manage mobile builds with Android Studio and Xcode.
• Publish apps to Google Play and Apple App Store and provide ongoing maintenance and technical support.
• Participate in code reviews, estimate effort, and contribute to continuous improvement within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional mobile development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English, with the ability to work independently.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise‑grade mobile solutions.
