Mobile App Lead

About the role

Olarm is seeking an experienced Mobile App Lead to own the mobile application platform and guide a team of developers in delivering high‑quality, scalable, user‑centric mobile experiences. The role blends technical leadership, hands‑on development, and team management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the mobile app architecture and technical roadmap.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
• Make strategic decisions on frameworks, tools, and mobile architecture.
• Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Contribute directly to codebases using React Native, writing clean and efficient code.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver seamless, high‑performance mobile applications.

• Proven experience leading mobile app development teams.
• Strong hands‑on development background, especially with React Native.
• Ability to set technical direction and enforce quality standards.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
