Mid/Senior Account Manager – Capital Markets & Treasury Banking

About the role

The Mid/Senior Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor for key client accounts in the Capital Markets and Treasury Banking sector. You will build long‑term relationships, understand client objectives and align Andile’s technology solutions to support their growth. The role collaborates with business development, marketing, legal, managed services and professional services teams to deliver seamless service and identify new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all client needs.
• Conduct needs assessments, lead workshops and design tailored technology solutions that match client requirements.
• Create and execute strategic account plans, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Provide consulting and advisory services on industry trends, capital markets and treasury banking technologies.
• Generate forecasts, manage pipelines in the CRM system and report weekly and monthly to senior management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive experience in consultative selling and business development.
• Proven track record in account management and delivering client‑focused solutions.
• Experience in Capital Markets or Treasury Banking technology or services.
• Relevant degree or diploma.
