Mid-Level Store Manager

About the role

Join the Burnt Studios Retail Team at Canal Walk. As the Mid‑Level Store Manager you will lead a high‑turnover store, set ambitious standards, and ensure the shop consistently delivers a global‑standard retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store performance, driving sales, productivity and commercial results.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team while maintaining a strong, healthy store culture.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring customer service, visual standards, stock management and processes remain high.
• Use performance insights to identify opportunities, solve challenges and continuously improve results.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, especially during high‑volume periods, maintaining urgency.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of managerial experience in a fast‑paced, high‑turnover retail environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving commercial targets.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and communication abilities.
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and take ownership.
