Mid-Level .NET & React Developer

About the role

Games Global is seeking a Developer Level 2 who will build and improve high‑performance software solutions. You will work on a modern stack, delivering value‑focused features while continuously optimizing existing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing optimisations.
• Develop new features and enhance existing functionality within a Kanban team.
• Collaborate with tech leads and senior developers to design solutions that meet business specifications.
• Write automated tests and ensure code quality through peer reviews.
• Prepare code for deployment, document changes, and hand off to DevOps.
• Respond quickly to production incidents, diagnose scope, and resolve or escalate.
• Share knowledge proactively and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of software development experience (or equivalent certification pathway).
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on business outcomes.
• Ability to spot inefficiencies and drive better solutions.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Clear written and verbal communication and self‑management skills.
