Meta Ads Manager

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with in-house roles at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. This Meta Ads Manager position is full-time and remote, within the Media Buyer department. The role suits someone with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, who understands campaign optimisation, audience targeting and performance analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Monitor performance and optimise for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR and conversions
• Develop and test audience strategies, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences and retargeting
• Test ad creatives, messaging and formats with creative teams
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently
• Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API and conversion tracking
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and stay up to date with Meta trends and best practices

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
• Proven experience running and optimising paid social campaigns
• Experience managing advertising budgets and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Ability to work independently, manage several campaigns and meet deadlines
• Nice to have: agency experience, managing multiple client accounts, lead generation and e-commerce campaigns, and CRO knowledge
