Medical Sales Representative

About the role

Our client, a national network of 26 audiology practices, is looking for a driven Medical Sales Representative to support business development and assist practices with patient management. You will promote hearing aids and related products while providing fitting, basic maintenance and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage new and existing business opportunities within assigned regions.
• Actively sell hearing aids and related products.
• Assist with fitting, basic maintenance and after‑sales support of hearing aids.
• Support practices with patient management and follow‑up care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, practices and referral partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand business potential.
• Represent the brand professionally in line with company values.
• Maintain accurate sales administration and reporting.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• 2–5 years sales experience, preferably in medical or healthcare sales.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transport.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Client‑focused, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
• Professional appearance and high ethical standards.
• Kind‑hearted with an empathetic approach to clients and patients.
