Maternity Stand-In: Intake, Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator (EST Hours)

About the role

ISTA Personnel Solutions is recruiting, on behalf of a US client that provides ABA therapy, a Maternity Stand-In: Intake, Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator. The role covers maternity leave in a staggered way: first supporting family intake for ABA therapy, then recruitment support for Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs). It is fully remote, with working hours Monday to Friday, 15:00 to midnight South African time, subject to change with US daylight saving time.

Key responsibilities

• Take care of the intake process for new families and clients, gathering and recording accurate information and guiding them through onboarding
• Coordinate with the clinical/operations team for a smooth handover after intake and keep intake records up to date
• Follow up proactively so new clients stay engaged and move through the pipeline
• Support recruitment of RBTs, including screening, interviewing and maintaining candidate records
• Communicate professionally with families, therapists and candidates by phone, email and text, and represent the company positively
• Build relationships and adapt between intake and recruitment duties, taking ownership without constant supervision
• Develop marketing skills over time, with possible contribution to social media, content, newsletters and brand awareness

Required profile

• Previous customer service, client-facing or recruitment experience is essential
• Degree in Psychology or a related field is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written English, with a confident, outgoing and sales-minded approach
• Interest in social media, content creation or marketing is advantageous
• Highly organised, able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Fixed fibre internet with a minimum of 25 Mbps upload and download, supporting wired Ethernet
• Reliable power backup to handle load shedding
• Willingness to work on both South African and US public holidays
