Marketing & Product Coordinator

About the role

People Dimension is looking for a proactive Marketing & Product Coordinator to support its marketing team in Pretoria. The role combines administrative excellence with coordination of campaigns, product launches and supplier interactions, ensuring all deliverables are on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, administering and executing monthly marketing campaigns and catalogues.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, supplier communication and documentation for campaigns.
• Liaise with designers, printers and internal stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery.
• Manage product launch administration, including artwork, packaging updates, barcode verification and filing.
• Maintain accurate product information across marketing platforms and coordinate product photography and samples.
• Process supplier quotations, purchase orders and payment requests, and ensure marketing expenses are documented correctly.
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Department and handle ad‑hoc project tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification; a diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, administration or coordination role.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and good communication skills.
