Marketing Manager – Automotive Retail

About the role

She Recruits is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for its automotive retail business in Cape Town. The role will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and sales across multiple dealerships and brands, working closely with senior leadership and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage all digital marketing activities including social media, Google Ads, SEO, email campaigns and website maintenance.
• Plan, coordinate and execute campaigns for new vehicle launches, used‑vehicle promotions, aftersales, finance and insurance products.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and collaborate with OEM marketing teams.
• Liaise with dealership management, sales teams, advertising agencies and media partners.
• Create and control the annual marketing budget, monitor ROI and report performance.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role within the automotive retail sector.
• Proven experience working in a dealership group or similar multi‑brand environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimise campaigns.
