Marketing & Inbound Tourism Specialist

About the role

We are a leading helicopter and boat tour operator at the iconic V&A Waterfront, seeking a dynamic Marketing & Inbound Tourism Specialist to expand our presence in the inbound travel market. You will be responsible for building strong industry relationships and promoting our unique experiences to international visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, guest houses, tour operators, DMCs, travel agencies and concierge teams.
• Promote helicopter and boat tours to inbound tourists and generate new business opportunities.
• Coordinate group bookings, special events and prepare quotations and itineraries.
• Work closely with operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tourism, hospitality or travel marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the inbound tourism market in South Africa.
• Professional, confident, customer‑focused and well‑presented.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
• Energetic, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
