About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to strengthen the social media presence and brand engagement of a fast‑growing FinTech company. The role focuses on creating and managing campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and awareness for our innovative mobile money app.

Key responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor all social media and display advertising campaigns.
Track and analyse social media metrics such as reach, clicks, and user engagement across platforms.
Design, build, and maintain social media channels.
Gather, document, and analyse platform metrics to identify trends and optimise content performance and spend.
Create and coordinate shareable, network‑specific content to increase brand awareness.
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social network presence.
Manage artwork requests and support senior management in planning marketing events.

Required profile

Relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital or traditional marketing, with a focus on social media campaigns.

Required skills

Graphic Design (advantageous).
