About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to strengthen the social media presence and brand engagement of a fast‑growing FinTech company. The role focuses on creating and managing campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and awareness for our innovative mobile money app.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor all social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Track and analyse social media metrics such as reach, clicks, and user engagement across platforms.
  • Design, build, and maintain social media channels.
  • Gather, document, and analyse platform metrics to identify trends and optimise content performance and spend.
  • Create and coordinate shareable, network‑specific content to increase brand awareness.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social network presence.
  • Manage artwork requests and support senior management in planning marketing events.

Required profile

  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital or traditional marketing, with a focus on social media campaigns.

Required skills

  • Graphic Design (advantageous).
