About the role

As Managing Director at Lynam Partners, you will be the front‑line advisor for founders seeking capital. You will manage a multi‑billion‑dollar deal pipeline, conduct due‑diligence calls, and evaluate whether companies align with the firm’s active mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due‑diligence conversations with founders and assess their teams, products and financing needs.
• Evaluate opportunities against Lynam’s mandate criteria and make go‑/no‑go decisions.
• Own the full deal execution process from mandate initiation through closing.
• Maintain and grow relationships with founders, investors and other counterparties.
• Drive performance against revenue and deal‑closure targets.

Required profile

• Prior investment‑banking experience in M&A, Capital Markets or Private Credit.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and finance.
• Excellent communication and confident presentation skills.
• Ability to qualify quickly, think on your feet and ask the right questions.
• Professional polish and comfort in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment.
