Manager: Treasury & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager: Treasury & Compliance to lead Treasury, Foreign Creditors, and Cash Flow Forecasting functions. The successful incumbent will ensure effective treasury management, foreign exchange risk management, compliance with exchange control regulations, management of foreign creditors, and accurate cash flow forecasting while leading a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage treasury operations, borrowings, banking facilities, and foreign exchange exposure.
• Oversee foreign creditor payments, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and funding planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, JSOX, Exchange Control, and relevant legislation.
• Build and maintain strong banking and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Treasury & Compliance team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen financial controls.

Required profile

• BCom Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years' relevant Treasury or Financial Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years' leadership experience.
• Advanced SAP experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
