Management Trainee

About the role

The client is seeking ambitious Management Trainees to join a structured development programme. Trainees will rotate across Sales, Logistics, Operations and After‑Sales Support, gaining hands‑on experience in each function.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through core business functions including sales, logistics, operations and after‑sales support.
• Assist sales teams with customer outreach, quotations and order processing.
• Support logistics coordination, inventory tracking and delivery scheduling.
• Contribute to operational efficiency projects and process improvements.
• Provide after‑sales assistance, handling customer queries and service follow‑up.
• Analyse data and prepare reports using advanced Excel skills.
• Work under pressure, meet deadlines and use initiative to solve problems.

Required profile

• Matriculation with Mathematics (minimum C or equivalent).
• 1‑5 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
• Honest, reliable, professional with a strong work ethic.
• Eager to learn, develop and build a long‑term career.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
