Management Internship – Strategy & Operations

About the role

Join a fast‑growing national retailer as a Management Intern focused on Strategy & Operations. You will receive hands‑on mentorship, tackling real operational challenges while building a pathway toward a permanent management position.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate operational issues and develop effective problem‑solving solutions.
• Support lease agreements and negotiations, assisting the contracts team.
• Develop, implement, and audit internal control systems to ensure error‑free operations.
• Contribute to strategic projects under direct guidance from senior managers.

Required profile

• Strong aptitude for data analysis and formulas in Excel (training provided).
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
• High energy, self‑starter mindset.
• Relevant work experience or current/recent BCom studies.
• Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics (non‑negotiable).
• Own reliable transport to Epping 2, Cape Town.
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
