Managed Services Specialist - French Speaking

About the role

As a Managed Services Specialist you will execute platform configuration requests, helping customers extract maximum value from Meltwater’s data platform. The role is execution‑focused and offers the chance to build expertise in data structuring, workflow automation and customer‑success operations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage dashboard setups, searches, alerts and other platform requests.
• Execute standard Managed Services tasks with growing independence while maintaining high data quality.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Premium Support teams through a ticketing system to resolve customer needs.
• Apply best practices in data organisation, integration and reporting workflows.
• Work under senior guidance, continuously developing technical problem‑solving skills.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in Customer Success, Managed Services, SaaS support or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Basic familiarity with SaaS platforms, digital tools and ticketing systems.
