Managed Services Specialist - French Speaking

About the role

Meltwater is seeking a French‑speaking Managed Services Specialist to configure and optimise our data platform for customers. This execution‑focused position offers the chance to develop expertise in data structuring, platform workflows and customer success operations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure dashboards, create searches, manage alerts and fulfil other platform requests.
• Execute standard Managed Services tasks with growing independence.
• Ensure high‑quality data structuring to improve platform accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Premium Support teams via a ticketing system.
• Learn and apply best practices in data organisation and customer workflows.
• Work under guidance from senior team members, building technical expertise.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in Customer Success, Managed Services, SaaS support or a similar role.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Interest in solving customer challenges within the product suite.
