Luxury Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Store Manager to lead a flagship store for a leading luxury retail brand in Rustenburg/Sun City. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective team leadership.
• Coach, motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Maintain premium store presentation, merchandising standards and inventory control.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Analyse sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews and training programs.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in luxury retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Well‑presented and able to represent a luxury brand.
