Logistics Specialist

About the role

iKhokha is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join its fast‑growing fintech team in Durban. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end warehouse operations, ensuring that stock is accurately received, stored, and dispatched to meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily logistics tasks such as stock counts, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Receive and process inbound stock and customer returns in the warehouse management system.
• Load and customise card readers to meet client specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing of devices before shipment.
• Manage inventory through monthly stock counts, weekly cycle counts, and accurate location tracking.
• Maintain clean and organised storage and dispatch areas.
• Communicate with service providers and resolve logistical queries.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a logistics, warehouse or administrative role.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Excel, MS Word and the broader MS Office suite.
• Understanding of basic logistics principles and inventory management.
