Logistics & Finance Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Logistics & Finance Coordinator to support both our logistics and finance operations. Based in Boksburg, you will ensure smooth delivery processes while maintaining accurate financial records, contributing to the efficiency of a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local and national deliveries, schedule transport, and liaise with providers and suppliers.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain inventory and stock movement records.
• Prepare delivery documentation and logistics reports in line with company procedures.
• Process supplier invoices and customer payments, capture transactions in Sage Accounting, and assist with month‑end and year‑end financial activities.
• Maintain organised financial records, support budgeting and reporting, and provide general financial administration.
• Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel, communicate with customers, suppliers and internal teams, and update operational databases.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification; further study in Finance, Accounting, Logistics or Supply Chain is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, finance or coordination roles.
• Proven experience with Sage Accounting.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent organisational, planning and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
