Litigation Secretary – Bilingual (Afrikaans/English) – Centurion

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to support our High Court and Banking Litigation practice in Centurion. The role requires a professional, presentable female candidate who can handle a demanding workload while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and type High Court and Banking Litigation documents, notices and pleadings.
• Perform general office administration tasks such as filing, data capture, opening client files and typing.
• Manage legal records, files and fee schedules efficiently.
• Correspond with clients in both Afrikaans and English.

Required profile

• Presentable and professional female.
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• Minimum five years recent High Court Litigation typing experience at a law firm (banking litigation experience preferred).
• Strong administration and drafting abilities.
• Computer literate in MS Office with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Stable employment record with contactable references.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
