About the role

The Liquor Store Manager is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth while maintaining high standards of stock availability and customer service in a liquor retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Support, monitor and coordinate the effective management of liquor shop staff.
Ensure reliable stock availability to meet customer demand.
Minimise shrinkage and wastage through effective inventory controls.
Meet and exceed customer expectations by delivering excellent service.
