About the role
Responsible for operating light duty vehicles to support primary health care and health programs in the Khayelitsha/Eastern Sub Structure Office. The role involves routine vehicle inspections, maintenance reporting and ensuring clean, safe transport services.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure an efficient transport service for Primary Health Care and Health Programs.
- Conduct routine inspection of GG vehicles and report defects promptly.
- Keep vehicles clean and tidy at all times.
- Execute transport duties according to the scheduled roster.
- Provide daily transport administration support to the Supervisor.
Required profile
- Physically fit to perform transportation duties.
- Knowledge of Transport Regulations and Circular No 4 of 2000.
- Understanding of routine vehicle maintenance and inspections.
- Safe driving skills.
