Level 3 SOC Analyst – Onsite in Cape Town

About the role

Integrity360 is seeking a Level 3 SOC Analyst to join its Cape Town Security Operations Centre. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex, high‑severity investigations, providing advanced technical support to Level 2 analysts and directly engaging with customers to improve detection capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for advanced security incidents.
• Guide Level 2 analysts through complex investigations, validating findings and recommending remediation.
• Perform deep analysis of security events, alerts, logs, and endpoint telemetry.
• Support the investigation, containment, and remediation of advanced threats.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of MDR services by defining monitoring strategies, tuning detection logic, and advising customers on technical optimisation.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience in security operations, incident response, and threat analysis.
• Strong understanding of malware behaviour, adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Ability to work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance security posture.
