Legal Contract Manager

About the role

The Legal Contract Manager will lead the drafting, negotiation, and administration of contractual documents across direct sales, licensing, and consulting transactions. This position ensures contracts align with business objectives while managing risk and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business objectives for sales, licensing and consulting deals and conduct risk/benefit analysis.
• Review, draft and negotiate major account agreements, consulting agreements, licensing contracts, NDAs, and amendments.
• Drive the contract lifecycle from initial drafting through negotiation and execution.
• Manage contract change control processes and related legal correspondence.
• Prepare and respond to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and customer terms & conditions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of company contract templates, policies, legal risk and liability.
• Prepare contracts for internal review, ensure compliance with policies, laws and regulations.
• Interpret contracts and advise sales/consulting managers on responsibilities.
• Mentor and train less‑experienced contract professionals as needed.

Required profile

• Relevant LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Admitted attorney status.
• 4‑6 years of experience in the property industry and contract management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under direction of regional offices or directly with business stakeholders.
