Legal Analyst

About the role

As a Legal Analyst you will transform complex legal developments across Gulf jurisdictions into clear, practical guidance. You will work closely with authors and internal stakeholders to produce high‑quality online and print content that supports confident decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and review a wide range of legal material (Practice Notes, Legislative Insights, Precedents, Checklists, Guides, Toolkits) to ensure accuracy and editorial consistency.
• Update, enhance, and commission user‑friendly Practical Guidance content, replacing outdated material.
• Oversee external contributions, providing feedback and ensuring compliance with editorial standards.
• Monitor new legal developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends across multiple Gulf jurisdictions.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research to develop reliable editorial content on diverse subjects.
• Collaborate with other legal editors to meet shared quality and quantity targets.
• Maintain reports and statistics to track progress against content targets.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and editorial workflows while partnering with other departments on content strategy.

Required profile

• Excellent English writing and editing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong legal knowledge and the ability to interpret, research, and explain laws, regulations, and guidance.
• Legal qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
