Lease Administrator Intern – Property Management

About the role

This internship supports the Property Management team at TFG by assisting with lease administration tasks across our Johannesburg and Durban locations. You will gain hands‑on experience in maintaining lease records, tracking key dates, and supporting the preparation of reports.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update lease records and tenant information.
• Assist in preparing, filing, and organising lease documentation.
• Track lease expiry dates, renewals, and amendments.
• Capture rental and tenant data in internal systems.
• Support the preparation of reports and administrative documents.
• Liaise with internal departments on lease‑related queries.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of documents and records.
• Provide general administrative support to the property team.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Property Finance, Economics, Legal studies or a related field.
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Good time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative and work in a fast‑paced environment.
