About the role

The Learning Experience Facilitator will design, develop and deliver innovative learning solutions that boost knowledge, compliance and service excellence across insurance topics. The role blends digital and face‑to‑face delivery, focusing on instructional design, eLearning creation and blended learning journeys.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver training programmes on General Insurance Background, compliance (FICAA, Client Authentication), writing skills and telephone benchmarks.
  • Create and maintain facilitator guides, learner guides, assessments and digital content.
  • Develop eLearning solutions for technical insurance products such as Myriad, Investo and MMerge.
  • Build blended learning journeys that combine classroom, virtual and self‑directed modules.
  • Conduct needs analysis, identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Facilitate training sessions using varied methodologies and evaluate learner performance.
  • Manage learning content on the LMS, track progress and ensure quality assurance.
  • Maintain relationships with business unit managers and subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

  • Grade 12 with ODETDP or similar qualification; instructional design certification is advantageous.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training facilitation or instructional design.
  • Experience in an insurance or financial services environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and basic understanding of insurance products and compliance requirements.
