Learning & Development Facilitator – Retail (US)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Learning & Development Facilitator to design and deliver engaging training experiences for our retail workforce. You will inspire growth, build capability, and drive performance across Huntswood’s fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate a variety of learning programs, including onboarding, systems training, soft‑skill, and compliance modules.
• Adapt training methods to meet diverse learning preferences and ensure relevance to product and business changes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, provide post‑training support, and conduct coaching/mentoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to customize content.
• Perform training needs analysis and address identified skill gaps.
• Maintain training records, compliance documentation, and LMS administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven facilitation or trainer experience in the US customer‑service or sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with adult‑learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, dynamic setting.
