About the role
Excellent career opportunity for Matrics! OVK Retail is seeking dynamic and ambitious candidates to join its agriculture family. The successful learner will gain practical exposure in the retail business and work alongside the retail team to acquire new skills and business insight.
Key responsibilities
- Gain hands‑on experience in retail operations and agricultural product handling.
- Collaborate with the retail team on customer service, marketing activities and daily store tasks.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification (mathematics, accounting, agriculture or business subjects advantageous).
- Strong interest in a career in commerce, agriculture, customer service and marketing.
- Submission of a copy of the latest school report with the application.
Required skills
- Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English.
- Computer literate – proficient with MS Office.
- Numerical ability and capacity to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills.
