Lead Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Owner to drive the delivery of innovative digital commerce solutions in a fast‑paced Agile environment. You will own the product vision, shape strategy and work closely with business stakeholders, architects, designers and development teams to turn business goals into high‑value digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy and roadmap for multiple digital commerce products.
• Lead solution design, ensuring optimal customer experience while considering backend impacts.
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering workshops, validate and obtain sign‑off on business requirements.
• Create and maintain the product backlog, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and prioritize work to maximise business value.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies – PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement, System Demos, ART Sync and Inspect & Adapt.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, architects and technical teams on integrations, APIs, data flows and micro‑services.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing, secure business sign‑off and oversee release planning.
• Use analytics and customer insights to continuously improve the product and omnichannel experience.
• Mentor and coach other Product Owners and promote Agile best practices across teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Lead Product Owner in an Agile setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear product requirements.
• Experience driving digital commerce or e‑commerce initiatives.
• Track record of mentoring and coaching product teams.
