Lead: Network & Telecoms

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is seeking a Lead for Network & Telecoms to join its Enabling Technology team. Reporting to the Group Head of Technology Enablement, you will own the strategic and operational delivery of enterprise network and telecommunications services across multiple African markets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure stable, secure and reliable connectivity that supports business continuity.
• Drive network modernization initiatives to improve scalability, agility and security.
• Strengthen service governance, performance management and continuous improvement.
• Increase operational efficiency through proactive monitoring and standardised processes.
• Optimise vendor performance and maximise value from technology investments.
• Maintain secure, compliant network environments to support cyber resilience.
• Promote consistent network practices and maturity across all markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (post‑graduate qualification advantageous).
• 8‑12 years of experience in enterprise network, infrastructure and telecommunications environments.
• Proven experience owning network services and delivering operational outcomes.
• Experience managing vendors, managed service providers and technology partners.
• Background supporting multi‑site or multi‑country operations, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or logistics.
