About the role

We are seeking a Lead Mobile App Developer to own and drive the development of high‑quality Android and iOS applications used by customers worldwide. The role is fully remote and combines hands‑on engineering with technical leadership, guiding a team of developers to deliver scalable, reliable mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Define technical strategy, architecture patterns, and development best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure coding standards, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to integrate APIs and third‑party services.
• Write and maintain robust unit tests and automated test suites.
• Monitor live app performance, diagnose issues, and continuously optimise code.
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of engineering excellence.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Proven leadership experience in guiding cross‑functional development teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality products.
