Labour Law Support Consultant

About the role

Labournet is seeking a Labour Law Support Consultant to join its Cape Town branch. The role focuses on providing high-quality support to clients and consultants on labour law matters, ensuring compliance and fostering strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via telephone and email, delivering quality support.
• Onboard new consultants, conduct training, and manage sign-offs.
• Oversee the LAP process for consultants within the region, ensuring efficient appointment scheduling.
• Reduce administrative workload for the Labour Law team.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Law, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial relations at Labournet.
• Experience facilitating training is advantageous.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
