KYC Assistant Coordinator – Operations Support

About the role

The KYC Assistant Coordinator provides operational, administrative and coordination support to the KYC Manager and the SATIC KYC Operations Centre. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the role ensures KYC cases move efficiently through the workflow and that all communications are timely and accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily creation of KYC case queues for analysts based on capacity, volume, priorities and aging items.
• Allocate and delegate work, monitor case flow and ensure timely progression.
• Maintain operational trackers, dashboards and regular management reports.
• Manage mailbox‑based service channels, track outreach responses and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Handle senior stakeholder queries, escalations and provide timely updates.
• Support resource management, capacity planning and escalation processes.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in business administration, LLB, compliance, operations management or related field.
• AML/KYC certification.
• Experience in operations coordination, compliance, KYC or shared‑services environments.
• Proven ability to manage work queues, monitor workflow progress and handle senior stakeholder communications.
• Experience preparing operational reports, dashboards and management updates.
