About the role
This position is for a graduate who wants to start a career in the short‑term insurance sector. The role involves daily interaction with clients, providing advice on insurance products, and supporting them through the application process.
Key responsibilities
- Daily liaison with clients to understand and meet their insurance needs.
- Prepare and present short‑term insurance proposals.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and service targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending matters.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a strong interest in insurance.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in Afrikaans (spoken and written).
- Willingness to undergo training and sit for industry exams.
