Key Accounts Executive

About the role

Afrirent Mobility (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Key Accounts Executive (KAE) based in East London. The KAE manages and maintains customer relationships within an allocated province, acting as the main operational and client interface between Afrirent and government and corporate fleet customers. The role is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer relationships within the assigned province to ensure effective contract management, service delivery excellence and compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate fleet-related service delivery activities and resolve customer queries.
• Monitor contractual performance and conduct vehicle and asset oversight activities.
• Ensure operational continuity, identify and manage operational risks, and support customer retention.
• Oversee the provincial Contracts Administrator and support the Regional KAE in meeting regional operational and client service objectives.

Required profile

• 3 years' experience in client care, customer relationship management or account management.
• 3 years' experience within the fleet management or vehicle leasing industry.
• Experience working in SLA-driven operational environments.
• Government or public-sector contract exposure.
• Experience within Full Maintenance Leasing (FML).
• Experience coordinating operational service delivery.
