About the role
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team and take responsibility for managing and growing relationships with strategically important clients. The position requires regular travel across the Eastern Cape and Western Cape to engage with customers on site and ensure their needs are met.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain long‑term partnerships with key accounts by conducting regular check‑ins and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for account growth, focusing on increasing revenue and market share.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
- Travel to the Eastern Cape and Western Cape to meet clients, present proposals, and support ongoing projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account or strategic account management, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within South Africa.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a clear focus on revenue growth and client retention.
